Terms & Conditions – Airgourmet

1. ORDERS

Your food orders must be placed at least 24h before delivery, so to ensure our sourcing and preparation standarts and to guarantee for all your requests.

2. FEES

The following fees apply to all orders

a. An airport fee of 5% is charged to the final total net value of any order
b. Delivery charge

A delivery charge is charged per aircraft delivery

This also applies to any additional orders upon delivery

c. Pick up and delivery charge is charged per flight who asked to pick up upon arrival and delivery upon departure

d. Late night / Early morning charge

For all services between 2200 and 0600 l.t an extra fee will be charged

e. Rush order fee

All services requested twelve (12) hours or less prior to delivery , will be subject to the surcharges below

12h/6h 25%

6h/less 50%

Requested services should be placed at least 12 hours before delivery time ,in order to guarantee availability and delivery on time.
For requests that be placed six(6) hours or less before delivery, we are unable to guarantee the availability of requested items.

3. PRICE QUOTATION

All prices quotes are net

The current rate of VAT, airport fees, delivery charge will be added to the total amount.

If you are excepted from VAT please provide us with proof of such an exemption (Aircraft Operator Certificate)

4. PAYMENT METHODS

A direct billing for all services provided by Air Gourmet is preferable.

We accept payment via bank transfer prior to delivery, or via credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) upon delivery.
Payment also can be made via your handling agent.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation food orders that are requested before delivery, will be subject to the surcharges below

12h /6h 50%

6h / less 100%

6. REGULATED SUPPLIER

Our company is certified from the Greek Civil Aviation Authorities as a REGULATED SUPPLIER OF IN FLIGHT SUPPLIES.

We can guarantee you a secure supplies chain.
